Material: Hot dipped galvanized pipe (Zinc Phosphate is the only internationally recommended metal pre-treatment to ensure long trouble free life on galvanised tube)
a. Pipe punching: The hole is equality.
b. Panel welded: Welded point is strong,but welding spot is small,maked your fence looked beautiful.
c. Polishing: Make sure the edge smooth,cutting parts must be flat polished, there shall not be cut marks.
d. Sandblasting: Make the surface smooth, improve the adhesion of powder.
e. Powder coating: powder coated to exacting standards, by professionals who have invested heavily in "State of the Art" technology.
f. Packing: Each panel packed with air bubble film,then in iron pallet,and the outside have a total air bubble film.Standard export packing,prevent damaged and damp.
